Early on the delivery day, you will receive an email or text (if provided when ordering) with a delivery ETA and the options to leave as requested, rearrange delivery

You can track your DPD & Royal Mail Delivery using the consignment number and your postcode at https://track.dpd.co.uk

If the driver attempts to deliver your parcel and nobody is available to receive it, they should leave a card. The card will explain where your parcel is and what to do next.  If you haven’t received a card then it’s possible that the driver had a problem locating your address. Please check the tracking for further information on your parcel.

If the driver was unable to deliver your parcel for any other reason, be assured that they will attempt to deliver it on the next working day (Mon-Fri).

They will usually attempt 2 deliveries, then the parcel will be held at the depot for up to 5 days, before being returned to us (this will incur a return charge).

Your can rearrange delivery , by using the link DPD & Royal Mail send you when they notify you that your parcel is on its way. You can also arrange delivery to another address for a small fee. 

Please take care moving large boxes when they arrive as they can weigh up to 30kg. You may prefer to open the box and lift out each bag separately.

All SlugLess 10L and “20L orders up to and including 15x 20L bags are delivered FREE next day to most* GB postcodes (zone A) using DPD. *There are surcharges in zones B,C & D. 4L bags are sent throughout the UK using Royal Mail

Zone A – Free Next Working Day Shipping

Zone B – Scottish Highlands/ Islands & Isle of Wight(IV1-3,10-28, 30-32, 36, 40-46, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW1-3, 5-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PA80 PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3)   +£9 per 3.5Lx2 or 3, 10L, 2x 10L, 20L, 2x 20L and 3x 20L bags – 2/3 working days shipping

Zone C – Ireland (BT)  +£5 per 10L, 2x 10L, 20L, 2x 20L and 3x 20L bags – 2/3 working days shipping

Zone D – Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly (IM, TR21-25) +£16 per 10L, 2x 10L, 20L, 2x 20L and 3x 20L bags – 2/3 working days shipping

Zone E –  Belgium, Channel Islands,  Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands +£10.00 – 2/3 working days shipping

Please take care moving the large boxes and bags when they arrive as the large boxes can weigh up to 30kg. You may prefer to open the box and lift out each bag separately.

All orders of SlugLess above 15 (20L) bags are shipped via pallet courier.  They are delivered free of charge to most of Great Britain, please enquire about additional surcharges if you live in the Highlands, Islands or Ireland.
